Thank you for shopping with us! Here at The Day Spa Boutique & Merle Norman Cosmetics, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with the products, we're here to help!

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date stated on the original invoice for a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping will not be included in the refund. Item must be postmarked by day 14. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
  • Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Refund will not be accepted without one.
  • Online purchases may be returned to The Day Spa Boutique in Marshfield, WI. with the original invoice receipts within 14 days stated on invoice. *Online return policy differs from in-store purchases due to shipping time restraints.
  • Any sale item, discounted item or holiday items can not be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item if damaged or incorrect once we receive the item. We will credit return shipping cost up to $10.
